1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased directly from Calanora through our official website
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item is free from stains, odors, or damage
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimates, underwear, or hygiene-related items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alterations
We encourage reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at info@calanora.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
- Securely pack the item with all original packaging and tags
- Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is free for approved returns within the United States
- No restocking fees will be charged
- Unauthorized returns or ineligible items may be rejected or returned at your expense
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed
All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If your payment provider uses a different currency, exchange rates or fees may apply.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
