1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item was purchased directly from Calanora through our official website
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The item is free from stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimates, underwear, or hygiene-related items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alterations

We encourage reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@calanora.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Securely pack the item with all original packaging and tags
  5. Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free for approved returns within the United States
  • No restocking fees will be charged
  • Unauthorized returns or ineligible items may be rejected or returned at your expense

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If your payment provider uses a different currency, exchange rates or fees may apply.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
